What is the 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program?

Our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program is a comprehensive and immersive course designed to deepen your understanding of yoga, develop your teaching skills, and equip you to become a certified yoga instructor. It is a foundational program for those who wish to teach yoga or deepen their personal practice.

 

What is Chakra Challenge Yoga Studio?

Chakra Challenge is a  Yoga Studio that is born from our passion for holistic well-being and our belief in the transformative power of yoga. Our story is deeply rooted in a commitment to providing a nurturing and empowering space for individuals to explore their physical and spiritual potential.

 

What sets Chakra Challenge Yoga Studio apart from other yoga studios?

What sets us apart is our dedication to the ancient practice of yoga as a means of self-discovery and growth. We prioritize creating a supportive community and offer a wide range of yoga classes and workshops designed to help individuals achieve balance in the Spiritual, Mental, Emotional & Physical (SMEP) parts of their life.
 

Where is your yoga studio located?

Our studio is located at 12393 Hagen Ranch Rd #301

Boynton Beach, FL 33437 . We are located in between the Publix and Woof Gang Bakery

Will I need to bring my own yoga mat and props?

While we do provide yoga mats and props, we encourage you to bring your own. It's recommended to bring a water bottle and a towel as well.

 

What should I wear for classes?

We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. Yoga is typically practiced barefoot, so no special shoes are required.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, cash, Apple Pay, and online payment options. 

 

What are the benefits of practicing yoga regularly?

Regular yoga practice can lead to improved flexibility, concentration, strength, stress reduction, mental clarity, and overall well-being. It can also help with relaxation and better sleep.

 

Who are the instructors at Chakra Challenge Yoga Studio?

What are the prerequisites for enrolling in the program?

None! This course is designed for students who want to learn from the ground up. A general knowledge of yoga and beginners practice is encouraged.

 

What will I learn during the 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program?

The program covers a wide range of topics, including yoga philosophy, asanas (postures), pranayama (breath control), meditation, anatomy, teaching methodology, and more. You'll gain a comprehensive understanding of yoga and how to teach it effectively.

 

What If I Have To Miss A Class?

Regular in-class participation is strongly encouraged to foster a collaborative and engaging learning environment. However, for added flexibility, students will have the option to attend class via Zoom or watch recorded sessions. Please note that active engagement—whether attending in person or remotely—will be assessed through pop quizzes, midterms, and other evaluative methods.

 

Do You Have To Be Present In-Person For Classes?

No—attending in person is not required. You’re welcome to join class via Zoom or watch the recorded session at your convenience.
 

How long does the program last, and what is the schedule like?

The program will last approximately 2 months. Classes will be held on every Friday, Saturday & Sunday (excluding holidays). Classes are 5-hours long with a 30-minute break.


Is the program Yoga Alliance certified?

Yes, our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program is certified by Yoga Alliance, which is a globally recognized credentialing organization for yoga teachers. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be eligible to register as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance.
 

What is the assessment and certification process like?

Students will undergo 200-hrs of learning to complete the 200-YTT program. A certification test will be given at the end of the course.
 

Can I work full-time while participating in the program?

Yes! Our program is geared towards students with weekend availability.
 

Are payment plans or financial assistance available for the program?

Please ask the staff for further information regarding financial assistance.

 

What is the cost of the program?

The 200-YTT program cost $2,900 before December 1, 2025 and $3,100 if purchased after December 1, 2025. This includes unlimited access to yoga classes during your training. A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot in the program and is due by January 2, 2026. The remaining balance will be due prior to the 200-YTT program starting unless you are on a payment plan approved by Chakra Challenge®.

 

What is the program start date?

January 10, 2026.

How do I apply for the 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program?

To apply for the program, first visit ChakraChallenge.com/ytt and complete the interest form. Someone from the studio will contact you via phone or email to discuss the program in more detail.

 

Do I need to be flexible to practice Yoga? 

No, you do not need to be flexible to practice yoga. Yoga is a practice that can be adapted to individuals of all levels of flexibility and fitness. In fact, one of the primary purposes of yoga is to improve flexibility and mobility over time.
