VIRTUAL CLASS HELP

I AM A NEW STUDENT OR AN EXISTING STUDENT WHO NEEDS TO PURCHASE A CLASS ON MY ACCOUNT:
 

  1. Please use a web browser (Safari, Chrome, Edge, etc.) to purchase a class online. Virtual classes cannot be purchased using the MindBody app or Chakra Challenge app due to rules imposed by MindBody.
     

  2. Go to www.chakrachallenge.com/virtual-classes
     

  3. Click “BOOK” next to the virtual class you wish to attend
     

  4. If you are not already logged in, please log in with your MindBody or Chakra Challenge username & password
     

  5. Purchase one of the price options listed
     

  6. Your virtual class is now purchased and you will be emailed a link to view the class 30-minutes before the start of class.
     

I AM AN EXISTING STUDENT WITH AN UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP, CLASS BUNDLE, OR ANOTHER PRICING OPTIONS PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED PURCHASED USING THE MINDBODY APP OR CHAKRA CHALLENGE APP:
 

  1. Determine the class you would like to watch virtually
     

  2. Contact the front desk BY PHONE or TEXT MESSAGE: 561-933-9642 and tell us your name and the virtual class you would like to attend
     

  3. You will be emailed a link to view the class 30-minutes before the start of class.
