Chakra Challenge™ is a yoga and holistic wellness center. It was created to help individuals achieve peace and prosperity by facing their personal struggles and fears with courage, love, truth, and forgiveness.
Our approach looks at life challenges in the four areas of existence; the Spiritual, Mental, Emotional, and Physical (SMEP).
We provide an array of healing arts to balance our SMEP; yoga, spiritual coaching, metaphysical readings, breath classes, massage therapy, hypnotherapy, reflexology, and many others. Once proper balance is achieved, you will then have the energy and resources needed to accomplish your goals and live your true purpose.

What Are Chakras?
The chakra system originated in India thousands of years ago and was first mentioned in the Vedas, the oldest Hinduism text. Chakras represent different forms or levels of energy that we all possess.
These different energies can be underfunctioning, overfunctioning, or balanced within us at different times in life.
Our goal at Chakra Challenge is to help you balance your energies so you can respond to all of life's circumstances with more peace, strength and wisdom.
Balancing the chakras requires the use of spiritual and physical laws to guide our beliefs, thoughts, feelings, and actions (BTFA) in our day-to-day lives. Establishing healthy boundaries for ourselves and others is vital to balanced chakras.
The chakras symbolize lessons we must learn and challenges we all must face. They provide a roadmap for living life to the fullest.
What Is Energy?
Everything is — All things physical you see. All things invisible you don’t see. All of our thoughts, feelings, and actions. It’s all energy at different levels and forms.
Whether cognisant or not, we are always using energy. The way we use or store energy comes in two forms; positive or negative.
Chakra Challenge helps individuals target and release the negative energy that gets trapped in our minds and bodies. Confronting and releasing negative energy is a critical skill we focus on developing to achieve balance and harmony.
This requires getting rid of a few things that are blocking and stealing your energy i.e. fear, judgement, guilt, shame, anger, depression, anxiety, addictions, jobs and people — just to name a few. Once unblocked, you will begin to flow with the current of life instead of against it.
Removing all of the negativity from your (BTFA) will be the hardest thing you ever do but it is a challenge worth conquering. True freedom and happiness will be waiting for you on the other side.
