During this 2-hour workshop you will learn step-by-step rolling techniques for self-massage and how to use the therapy balls as a tool to deepen your yoga practice. We will explore the “issues in our tissues” as we combine the therapy balls with deep Yin yoga postures and intentional breathing.
The therapy balls are yours to take home so you can incorporate them into your yoga practice and daily self-care routine! All levels are welcome!
